The beer won't come out when I try and dispense it through the tap, what can I do?

Follow these steps;

1. Check that your keg is hooked up to the beer and gas lines 
2. Check you are not out of CO2 
3. Regular cleaning and maintenance are key factors in safeguarding the quality of the dispensed beer.
4. To start off with, we recommend cleaning your beer lines and kegs after each keg. See here for more on cleaning the lines and taps here.

If you still experience issues, check if you might have some hops blocking the keg connections. If not, you will need to remove the tower, dismantle taps and lines and soak them.

It is very important not to apply force to move the handle, as it will most likely lead to damage to the handle/tap.
