Yes, this kit has two sachets of yeast, and both should be added.
This yeast will be more active at higher temperatures - this is signatory of Kveik yeast. Fast fermentation equals vigorous activity, so don't be alarmed if your brew is active.
My Kveik IPA has come with 2 yeast sachets, do I add both?
